 Scheme  Manager

The Manager of the  Fund is Chamberlain Fund Services Limited, a private limited company  incorporated in the Isle of Man.

Chamberlain Fund  Services Limited (Company N0 111718C) has its registered office at  3rd Floor, Exchange House, 54-62 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1  1JD  and is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision  Commission to provide  Collective Investment Scheme and Corporate  Services

 

Investment  Manager - Capital Trust Financial Management  Limited

The Manager has  appointed Capital Trust  Financial Management Limited as the Investment  Manager for the Fund. 

Capital Trust  Financial Management Limited (Company number NI028640),  has its registered  office at Capital House, 28 Lodge  Road, Coleraine, BT521NB  is an  investment company which was established in 1994. The company is  independently owned and is licensed by the Financial Services Authority (No  176498)

 

Fiduciary Custodian -  BNP Paribas Trust Company (IOM) Limited

The Fund has appointed  BNP Paribas Trust Company (IOM) Limited as Fiduciary  Custodian.

 BNP Paribas  Trust Company (IOM) Limited was incorporated in the Isle of Man as a private limited company on 1st May 1973  with number 05638C.  The Fiduciary Custodian's registered office and  principal place of business is at Merchant's House, 24 North Quay, Douglas,  Isle of Man, IM1 4LE. It is a wholly owned  subsidiary of BNP Paribas Securities Services (Holdings) Limited (a company  incorporated in Jersey) whose ultimate parent company is BNP Paribas S.A.,  Paris, a company incorporated in France.

 

The Fund - Emerald  Investment Company PLC

Emerald Investment  Company PLC is an "open-ended investment company" and an "authorised  scheme" for the purposes of the Isle of  Man's Collective Investment Schemes Act 2008  and complies with  the requirements of the Financial Supervision (Authorised Collective Investment  Schemes) Regulations 2005 .

The Fund is a  recognised fund in the UK under section 270 of the Financial  Services and Markets Act 2000.

The Fund has received  approval from the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of  Ireland to market its shares  to the public in the Republic of Ireland. However while the Fund has been  approved to market its shares to the public in Ireland it is not supervised or authorised  in Ireland.

 

Investor  Protection

Investors in the Fund  have the protection of the Isle of Man Authorised Collective Investment Schemes  (Compensation) Regulations 2008 in the event of the Manager or the Fiduciary  Custodian being unable to satisfy claims against them in respect of any civil  liability incurred in connection with their business. The Rules made under the  Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 in the UK for the protection of private  customers do not apply, and the compensation scheme applying in the UK will not  be available to investors in the Fund. Copies of  the Isle of Man Compensation Scheme can be obtained form the Scheme  Manager
